The form is received via our own, self-hosted automation platform (n8n) on Swiss infrastructure. To respond, a notification may be sent to our mailbox (see "Email communication"). Your data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry.

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed to provide the website securely and functionally.

External service providers and data processing

To provide the website and operate the services, we primarily use our own infrastructure in Switzerland; that data remains on our own servers in Switzerland. For email communication we additionally use a provider specialised in data protection (see below).

Website hosting & server infrastructure (self-hosted)

Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland) operates the server infrastructure on which the website vant.ch and the following services run self-hosted. When the site is accessed, technical log files (including IP address, browser type, timestamp) are recorded to ensure stability and security. The data remains on our own infrastructure in Switzerland:

Appointment booking

For online appointment booking we use our self-hosted instance of Cal.com (cal.vant.ch) on the same Swiss infrastructure. The data provided (name, email, chosen time) is used exclusively to conduct the meeting.

Email communication

For email communication we use Proton Mail (Proton AG, Geneva, Switzerland) – a provider specialised in data protection and encryption. If you contact us by email or we answer your enquiry by email, the relevant messages are processed there. Proton's privacy terms apply additionally.

Fonts

The font used (Inter) is served locally from our own server. No third-party fonts (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded; no corresponding data transfer takes place.

Rights of data subjects

Users have the right to request information about the data stored about them, as well as rights to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection. Users can withdraw their consent to data processing at any time.

Data security and disclosure of data

Data is treated securely and confidentially. Disclosure to third parties only takes place within the framework of statutory provisions or with the express consent of the user.
